Delete your Kynuvo account.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to the Kynuvo account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Open Account & legal and select Delete my account.
4. Confirm the warning and complete any recent sign-in requested for security.

What deletion covers

The request deletes the Kynuvo authentication account and associated cloud profile, workout history, connected-health records, body measurements, progress photographs and registered-device records. Data held independently by Apple Health, Health Connect or an app store is managed through that provider.

If you cannot sign in

Use “Forgot password?” first. If access cannot be restored, use the account-support channel listed in the Kynuvo store listing and provide the account email address. Kynuvo will verify identity before processing a request. Do not send passwords, health records or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.

Timing and exceptions

Active account data is removed after a valid request is processed. Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, financial reconciliation or legal compliance, and protected backups may expire on their normal cycle. De-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify you may be retained.
